Dynamic Finance Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, substitutions, and refund requests for the conference.

  • Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds apply to confirmed registrations submitted through official Dynamic Finance channels and paid within invoice timelines.

  • Cancellation Requests

    Submit written cancellation requests to [email protected]. The date of the email receipt determines eligibility.

  • Refund Timeline

    Cancellations received 45 days before the conference start date are eligible for a refund of 80% of the paid amount.

  • Partial Refunds

    Cancellations received between 30 and 44 days before the event qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued within 29 days of the event.

  • Delegate Substitutions

    You may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost up to 5 days before the conference. Email the full details of the substitute for confirmation.

  • Group Registrations

    Refunds for group packages are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We recommend delegate substitutions for group bookings to retain access.

  • Event Postponement

    In case of rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, existing registrations will be transferred to the new dates or refunded upon request.

  • Force Majeure

    Dynamic Finance is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, government actions, or public health advisories.

  • Processing Timeline

    Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days and returned via the original payment method or agreed alternative.

  • Non-Refundable Items

    Administrative fees, third-party booking charges, and already fulfilled services (e.g., custom briefings) are non-refundable.

  • On-Site Attendance

    Delegates who do not attend the event without prior written cancellation remain liable for full payment with no refund entitlement.

  • Special Considerations

    Exceptional cases such as medical emergencies may be reviewed upon submission of supporting documentation.

  • Policy Updates

    Dynamic Finance may revise this policy to reflect operational needs. Updates are posted on this page with the effective date.
